Meeting Santa..

Yesterday Noah and I attended a community Christmas celebration at Givings Recreation Center. There was face painting, clowns, music, food etc. I was tired but decided I didn't want to deprive my son of having a great time. He got a snowman painted on his face and also enjoyed his candy cane balloon. He danced and stuffed himself with green beans and stuffing. Then towards the end of the night Santa stopped by to take pictures with the kids. I wasn't exactly sure how Noah would respond to Santa but I took him on stage to get his picture taken anyways. He did better than I thought he would, sat on Santa lap, and looked at the balloon animal a coordinator was waving on top of my head. Snap... Got a quick photo. I think he had a great time. On the ride home he fell asleep and didn't wake up till the morning.. The following morning when he awoke I let him open his gift he was given at the party and he had some morning playtime before I put him back to bed.

Darling kenny.

This hansom little fellow here is Kenny. We got Kenny from a guy who posted an ad on Craigslist. Hes half Siamese, half street cat. Kenny is such a sweetheart. Noah was about 10 months when we brought Kenny home and they instantly became best buds. Kenny never was rough with Noah and that's when we knew he was really apart of our family. Kenny always shows his appreciation to us. We now have had Kenny for about a year and although he isn't the first cat I've had a close relationship with he sure is great pet. If Kenny's not outside exploring his backyard, hes sleeping on my feet.

Pregnant again

Yes were expecting again and couldn't be any happier. Malachi and I can't decide together a name for a baby girl. He likes Jade and I love Amelia.
For a boy we decide on Dean but no middle name yet. Whatever the case I want strong respectable names for my kids.

Today I found out that not only could I not take the math portion of the compass test, but that I have to pay the $29 dollars every time I take it. I would of had it waiverd if I were in Elementry Math tho which I think is retarted because math is math. Im stressing out like crazy. Professor Leche want's our research paper rough drafts this Tuesday and im behind in math, on top of that I need to find some time to study for my last psychology test and my finals for evey subject. But I know that it's something I just have to do. Using that mentality got me through Crockett and hopefully through college. Although Noah does not make studying very easy for me, I think he appreciates me reading my textbooks to him. I also figured out what classes I will be taking for summer. Introduction to public speaking (online) and Essentials of Medical Terminology. Also I won't be at the Riverside campus. I'm going to have to go to the Eastview campus.
On another note, Malachi got his glasses today. Im happy for him, except I still have to hot glue the left arm of my glasses to my frames, but thats ok. Unfortunatly he discovered his Xbox is broken. But he gets paid tommorow and decided he was going to buy himself the new Xbox Kinect. Today we stopped by Austin Pets Alive and I got to see Dusk. Tommorow were going to pre-adopt him but we can't take him home. Sadly he is in the ringworms ward recovering.
Tommorow will be an interesting day.

First Time Blogger

Hey, so this is my first time ever blogging. I decided that maybe I should have a blog so I could communicate and talk to an audience of many, rather than just my boyfriend and my son. Also, when I say that, it's not like I don't have friends, it's just when you become a mom, it becomes a challenge making time to hang with friends. So the majority of my time goes towards studying and parenting. Oh and don't get me wrong, I love talking with my lovebug, but sometimes I like having a deep conversation with somebody who can understand and relate to my issues.
